when i try to scan , no scanner in the drop down

Updated to the latest version of Autoscan , latest version of firmware on scanner. Can scan ok using HP software ok from the pc . The HP Printer/scanner is enrolled in an HP program that monitors ink levels if that is somehow affecting Autosplitter . Has never worked on this PC running Window 10 , Access to printer via wifi

Hello Neil, thanks for your feedback. I'm afraid some of the wifi scanners aren't compatible with the software. Can you test the scanner with a phyiscal cable connection? That usually solves the issue. In the worst case you can scan photos with HP software and then post-process them in bulk with AutoSplitter.
