HP OfficeJet 7740 wide format (tabloid) only scans legal size

Is there a setting that will allow scan area to include entire glass on HP 7740 (11x17) ? It appears to only scan legal size.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. By default the whole area should be scanned and there is no setting to change this. Whenever some of the area is missing, it's a compatibility issue between the software and the scanner. Please try to:
1) click Scan/DPI button to see wheter you have multiple options to access the scanner (WIA and TWAIN). Try both.
2) update the scanner's driver from the manufacturer's website.
