No photos detected

I installed this software on my laptop and was able to use with no problems at all. I installed on another computer and every time I try to scan photos it says no photos detected. I tried scanning even one photo and it still does not detect it

I just re-installed the drivers for the scanner and the software is now working. No longer a problem. Thank you
