Error code: WIA-1

I have used this product with great success a few months ago. But, today when I am using it, it is taking a very long time to attempt to scan, and then I am getting Error code: WIA-1.

Hello Adam. What is your scanner make and model?
Please try to select a TWAIN scanning method in the Scanner/DPI menu.
