to download pgm says cpu needs Windows Service Pack 1

Ran Windows Up-date and got the statement that all applicable up-dates are installed.
Computer has Windows 10.

Hello. Thanks for the feedback. The software is win10 compatible of course. I've installed a fresh win10 virtual machine to test and it worked properly.

I googled the error but it only seems to happen on Win7, not on Win10.
The only way I could reproduce an error like this if I tried to run the software in win7 compatiblity mode.
Maybe you have some software installed that triggers win7 compatbility mode in some scenarios?
