Software is only capturing a portion of the bed

If I send an image to my PC AutoSplitter, the entire bed is included. When I use Auto splitter, I only see about have the bed.

I see you have used the software back in 2015. Did you use the same scanner and experienced the same issues?

Please go to the scanner/DPI selection dialog and see if you have both WIA and TWAIN entries for your scanner and try both. Maybe the problem is only affecting one of the interfaces.

Updating your scanner's drivers from the manufacturer's webpage can also help with these problems sometimes, I recommend you to try that.
