Access Denied

When I try to save my splits I get an error . Could not save file img_001.jpg. (GDI+error) Win 32 Error: Access is denied.
Could you let me know what i should do to resolve this.. I need

Hello Joel. I'm sorry for this issue. When this happens, usually the folder you are trying to save to does not exist or the disk is full. It is also possible that your antivirus interferes with the process.
Please verify that your output folder exists (output folder path is displayed on the right-bottom part of the main screen. You can change it using the Browse button next to it).
