Program Keeps freezing and Have to reboot

Unit taking forever to scan pictures and freezing. Have to rebook program and then it works for 1 or 2 scans and then freezes again. This only started to happen when I downloaded the newer version

Hello Max. Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry about this. Can you please check if you can select another scanner interface (TWAIN or WIA)? See small black triangle under the Scan button for scanner selection menu. Also you might need to update the scanner's drivers, possibly uninstall and reinstall them completely.
