Demo version works - Registerd version doesn't work

When I run a scan I don't get any output with the registered version. The demo version works fine.

Hello Michael. Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry about this issue. The demo and licensed version are literally the same except for the watermarks.
What does "not getting any output" mean? Are there no photos detected?
Did you try previous versions of the licensed version? Did that work properly?
