Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎24/‎12/‎2022
OS build 22621.1848
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22642.1000.0

Did the software recognize the printer before the upgrade? I mean did the old version work today or very recently?

Steps I recommend to restore access to the scanner:

* Exit the program, start File Explorer in windows and enter this to the folder name: %AppData%\Chimera\AutoSplitter
Find the AutoSplitter.ini and delete it. Restart the program and see if this helps.

* Update the scanner's drivers from the manufacturer's website.

* If the scanner is connected via wifi, try connecting it using a cable. Wifi scanners usually refuse to work properly.
